We are seeking a Senior Business & Data Analytics Analyst to support the Information Security Services (ISS) organization by delivering meaningful insights, metrics, and reporting that enable informed decision‑making and effective risk management.

In this role, you will partner closely with the information security department, technology, risk, and business stakeholders to translate complex security and operational data into clear, actionable insights. You will play a key role in defining security metrics, improving reporting maturity, and helping leadership understand performance, risk, and trends. Effective security depends on insight, transparency, and informed decision‑making. In this role, your analysis and reporting will directly support ISS leaders in understanding risk, measuring performance, and prioritizing actions that protect the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with ISS leadership and security domain teams to define and maintain security metrics, KPIs, and dashboards aligned to strategic objectives and risk priorities.
  • Design and deliver clear, concise reporting for different audiences, including operational teams, senior leaders, and governance forums.
  • Analyze security data across areas such as vulnerabilities, incidents, controls, phishing, compliance, and risk to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business and security requirements into analytical solutions and reporting frameworks.
  • Support regulatory, audit, and risk reporting needs with accurate and well‑governed data.
  • Improve data quality, consistency, and transparency across ISS reporting.
  • Leverage data visualization and analytics tools to tell effective stories with data.
  • Act as a trusted analytical advisor, helping stakeholders understand what the data means and how it should inform decisions.
  • Document metrics definitions, assumptions, and data sources to support consistency and scalability.

What You Will Need:

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or reporting, preferably in a technology, security, risk, or regulated environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large, complex data sets.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting.
  • Ability to translate technical or security‑related data into insights that are understandable and relevant to non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or similar).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • Close attention to detail with a pragmatic, problem‑solving mindset.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with information security concepts or frameworks is a strong plus (e.g., risk management, controls, incidents, compliance), but deep technical security expertise is not required.
  • Relevant security certifications are a plus (e.g., Security+, CISSP, SANS) but not required.
