Performs a variety of advanced administrative or technical support duties. Majority of the job entails work that is non-traditional administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Advance word processing correspondence.
- Designs spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
- Heavy use of graphics.
- Compiles information and prepare reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries.
- Screens telephone calls.
- Gives or relays non-routine information to callers.
- Makes meeting and travel arrangements.
- High level of analytical work.
- Determine methods and procedures to be used in resolving routine and some complex inquiries.
- Generates and maintains confidential files and information.
- Operates with some latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
- May supervise others.
Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent. Up to 2 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some demand to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines. Strong knowledge of company and organizational structure with respect to divisions and departments.
