PLEASE NOTE: We are looking to hire one (1) summer of 2026 intern, with the intern working out of either our Cedar Rapids, IA or Chicago, IL office and under a hybrid work model. We are unable to hire on a remote, work-from-home basis. This internship is not available for students who have completed their college undergraduate education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship. Aegon Asset Management (Aegon AM) is a leading global investor. Our 350 investment professionals manage and advise on assets of US $384 billion for a global client base of pension plans, public funds, insurance companies, banks, wealth managers, family offices and foundations. We organize our firm around four investment platforms: fixed income, real assets, equities and multi-asset & solutions, which includes a fiduciary and multi-manager business. Each investment platform has dedicated teams with deep asset-class expertise, organized globally and committed to maximizing client benefit from their specialist areas. Responsibilities:

  • Support analysis of market trends for new product developments, including ETF and SMA.

  • Support ongoing automation of product data across internal systems and external reporting.

  • Support workstreams related to new product implementation.


Qualifications:

  • To qualify for the internship, applicants must be currently enrolled full-time at a college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related major preferred).

  • Internships are not available for students who have completed their college education or who will graduate prior to the conclusion of the internship.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with or interest in data management and reporting technology solutions.

  • Strong organizations skills to document and track workflows.

  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets, asset management, and enterprise systems.

Compensation:

**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.**

The hourly wage for this position generally ranges between $20 - $22 per hour.  This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs.
