Lead Business Analyst – AI Transformation
Responsibilities
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
- Works with client personnel to identify required changes
- Defines and refines test conditions
- Communicates needed changes to development team. Prioritize multiple tasks effectively; may be responsible for assigning and reviewing project tasks completed by others
- May lead team and client meetings
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluates alternative business solutions
- Solves complex problems in creative ways; significant initiative and independent judgment required; makes varied decisions; operates with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision; typically plans, conducts and supervises assignments, reviews progress and evaluates results; exhibits leadership skills; mentors employees across teams; may manage the workload of others.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in testing and/or systems background.
- Thorough understanding of operational procedures and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Agile principles and practices, with the ability to adapt them to new, AI‑accelerated delivery models.
- Proven experience gathering and translating complex business and technical requirements into actionable specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced digital transformation environments and challenge legacy thinking.
- Experience working closely with Product Management in modern product‑centric delivery models.
- Familiarity with AI‑assisted development, prompt engineering, or AI‑enabled requirements generation.
- Technical or IT background that supports effective collaboration with engineering teams.

Compensation
- The salary for this position generally ranges between $73,000 - $85,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is a good faith estimate for this position and actual starting pay is determined by several factors including qualifications, experience, geography, work location designation (in-office, hybrid, remote) and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
- Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days in office per week in one of our hub locations (Cedar Rapids, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Denver). Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
