Aegon and our US business, Transamerica, are privileged to spotlight the remarkable efforts of nonprofit Hope & Heroes at the NYSE's 102nd Annual Tree Lighting Event.
Hope & Heroes is committed to ensuring every child with cancer or a blood disorder has access to the best possible care in the New York tri-state region.
The nonprofit does this by supporting the region's leading pediatric cancer centers, advancing pioneering research for tomorrow’s cures and comprehensive clinical care for patients today. This includes funding seven top-flight medical institutions, benefiting six hundred physicians, researchers, and healthcare providers. Every year, these efforts support 1,000 newly diagnosed children and adolescents.
Aegon Transamerica Foundation, a nonprofit charitable organization, supported Hope & Heroes with donations in 2024 and 2025.
Aegon is honored to recognize Hope & Heroes during this year’s NYSE Global Giving Campaign. A custom ornament—celebrating the organization and featuring Aegon’s ticker symbol AEG—will be displayed on the holiday trees outside the NYSE entrance from December 4 until the end of the year.
