Annual General Meeting
Shareholders were invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “AGM”) of Aegon Ltd. (the “Company”) on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 10:00am Atlantic Time (15:00 CEST) at the Hamilton Princess Hotel, 76 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke HM08, Bermuda.
The Company decided to hold the AGM in a hybrid manner. This meant that with respect to attending the AGM, shareholders had the option to attend the AGM in person or virtually. The virtual set-up included the possibility to vote and to ask questions live via a chat or a video connection. The Company’s Policy regarding a Hybrid Meeting of Shareholders was applicable to the AGM.
